FEES FOR GREEN CARD AND NATURALIZATIONThis is a sample of the fees that we charge for various permanent residency matters. The final fee will be determined at the conclusion of the consultation with the attorney. All fees are payable in installment plans that you will arrange with us. It is generally our policy to provide you with a fee structure that is fair and competitive within the immigration industry. Please see our separate fee structure for nonimmigrant visa matters. |
GREEN CARD THROUGH LABOR CERTIFICATIONThe fee schedule for a green card through the labor certification process is as follows: Legal fees are payable in installments after discussion with the attorney. Please note: these are standard fees but additional fees may be added if the case is likely to be complicated. You will obtain a quote after consultation.Legal fees (to our office): $2,500 to $5,500 including spouse and children.
