About Us
The Law Offices of Eve C. Guillergan represents individual and business clients in the area of U.S. immigration laws. We have been working in the immigration field since 1992. Our office is located in Mid-town Manhattan at 875 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 2108, New York, New York 10001. This is at the corner of 31st Street and Avenue of the Americas (also known as 6th Avenue).

We can help you with all immigration matters, including family sponsorship (marriage to a U.S. citizen, fiance visas, K-3 visas), employment based greencard sponsorships (application for alien employment certification or labor certification or PERM, alien of extraordinary ability in arts/science/business/athletics, national interest waiver, outstanding researcher or professor, schedule A (university professors, nurses, physical therapists and aliens of exceptional ability), work visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1), culturally unique visas (P-3), investors (E-1 and E-2) and naturalization, etc. We can help you through your deportation case or if you received an adverse decision and require an appeal or a motion to reopen.
