Implementation of Direct Mail Program for Naturalization Applications DelayedOct 9, 2008 The USCIS announced that it will delay implementation of the direct mail program for N-400 application for naturalization. The program would have changed the filing address for N-400 from USCIS Service Centers to two special "lockbox" facilities in Arizona and Texas. The implementation would have begun on October 14, 2008. The government indicated that it needs to conduct additional tests of the technologies involved. We will post more information when it becomes available. |
