Undocumented Workers May Recover Lost Wages according to NY courtFeb 21, 2006 The New York State Court of Appeals ruled on February 21, 2006, that undocumented workers may recover lost wages. The court ruled in two consolidated cases where undocumented construction workers were injured at their place of work and sued for lost wages.
