New Filing Location for Form I-102 Application for Replacement I-94Feb 22, 2010 Beginning February 22, 2010 applicants submitting Form I-102 Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document must mail their application to the USCIS Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox facility, based on where they are located. Applicants can also complete an email and/or text message notifying them that their application has been accepted by completing Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance.
