Labor Department Issues a FAQ Round 10Aug 4, 2010
The U.S. Department of Labor just released a frequently asked question "round 10." It answers several long standing questions such as "can an application be expedited," "what type of proof is needed to document an employee referral program," "may an employer submit unsolicited documentation to the national processing center," and "what constitutes a business day."
