US Wants to Expedite Foreign Student Visa ProcessingNov 15, 2011 The Obama administration wants to boost enrollment of overseas students who enter U.S. colleges. They intend to do this by accelerating the process of granting student visas. The wait time will be shortened to less than 15 days. Foreign students tend to pay a higher fee for their American education than their American counterparts and provide an important revenue to U.S. schools. |
