New York City Processing Times for August 2006

Here are the recent processing times at the USCIS New York City District Office for August 2006:

I-485 applications for adjustment of status: Cases filed before October 1, 2005 are being scheduled in August 2006 for interviews.

N-400 applications for naturalization. Applications are being processed from the time of filing with the Vermont Service Center to the initial interview approximately 3-4 months for both the Manhattan office and the Garden City office.

N-600 applications for certificates of citizenships are being processed within three months.
