USCIS Issuance of Receipts for H-1B Cap Cases

Due to the unprecedented volume of H-1B filings, the USCIS has been experiencing receipting/data-entry front log at Service Centers. The following projections have been made for fee receipting and data entry of H-1B cap cases at various service centers:

California Service Center expects to provide receipting of all cases by June 15, 2007.

Nebraska Service Center expectes to provide receipts by May 10, 2007.

Texas Service Center is providing receipts of cases as of May 10, 2007.

Vermont Service Center is providing receipting of all forms by June 2, 2007.
