J-1 Training Program to Change Effective July 19, 2007Jul 11, 2007 Effective July 19, 2007 interim final rules will be effective for J trainee and intern programs. This rule splits the existing J Trainee category into Trainees and Interns. It also provides a new eligibility criteria for both trainees and the companies that train them.
