New York Processing Times at USCISJul 20, 2007 The following processing times was reported by the New York District Office of the USCIS to the American Immigration Lawyers Association on July 10, 2007: I-485 Applications to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status: Applications that were filed before March 16, 2007 are being scheduled for interviews in August 2007.
