FAQ Released on Filing I-140 and I-485 Based on July Visa Bulletin

The USCIS released a FAQ answering questions on how to file I-140 Immigrant Petitions for Alien Workers and I-485 Applications to Adjustment of Status based on the July Visa Bulletin. It would appear that although I-485 applications can be filed until August 17, 2007, individuals should establish a July priority date to obtain the best benefits of concurrent filing and fees.
