Fees for Nonimmigrant Visas and Other MattersThese are the typical fees for various nonimmigrant matters. The final fee will be determined at the conclusion of the consultation with the attorney. All fees are payable in installment plans that you will arrange with us. It is generally our policy to provide you with a fee structure that is fair and competitive within the immigration industry.Premium processing is an extra fee that is payable to the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). If paid, the USCIS will initially look at the petition or application within 15 days. It is not applicable for all cases. |
